But what will this partnership entail for clients?

What Socia is now doing extra for customers
During the COVID-19 period, it became clear that the majority of IT departments' time is spent on workplace-related questions. Sometimes up to 70%! The more employees continue to work in a hybrid manner, the more challenging it becomes to offer colleagues an immediate solution when problems arise. There are known situations where remote workers were idle for hours or even days because they could not simply drop by an IT colleague for their hardware.

1: Management – Asset management
We have insight into which user uses which device, as all MS OS, Android, iOS, and Mac OS devices are supported. A performance indicator is also present. This means that, via an installed API, we can see per device whether the user possesses the correct device. We also detect excessive or insufficient usage in a timely manner.
2: (Proactively) identifying and resolving problems
We provide insight into whether devices (both HP and other brands) are experiencing problems. This includes missing drivers, BIOS updates, blue screens, or other forms of failure. Furthermore, for HP devices, it is possible to proactively identify which batteries or HDDs are likely to cause issues soon. We can even configure our service to replace these preventively under the break & fix section of the Pro Active services. This can be done on-site or at the end user's home. You understand that this significantly reduces the burden on the IT department. But above all, it results in satisfied colleagues.
3: Reporting
These new services offer significant potential for preventing issues, as well as gaining insight into unreported issues. These can be reported weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Matters such as warranties for HP and other brands can also be actively tracked by us. We can also include software inventory and compliance-related matters in the report, if desired.
